Contact Wuxia Tales
Email is the best way to reach us:
What to Email About
We read every message. The following kinds of email get a quick reply:
- Factual corrections. If you spot an error in any article — a wrong date, a misattributed quote, a broken link — please tell us. Include the article URL and the specific passage if possible. We update articles when readers find errors and credit the correction in our internal notes.
- Missing terms. If there is a wuxia / xianxia / xuanhuan term you wish we covered, let us know. We maintain an internal priority list of upcoming articles and reader requests influence what gets written next.
- Suggested clarifications. If an explanation is unclear, confusing, or assumes too much background, that is useful to know. We revise existing articles based on feedback.
- Translation or pronunciation questions. If you’re not sure how to read a pinyin term or whether a translation we used is correct, ask.
What We Cannot Help With
A few things we cannot do, no matter how nicely you ask:
- We do not provide pirated copies of novels. If a novel is not officially available in English, the legal options are: read it in Chinese; support a fan translator on Patreon; or wait for an official translation. We will not point you to scanlation aggregators.
- We do not translate novels on request. We are not a translation service.
- We do not write reviews of specific novels for individuals. General genre recommendations are in our Where to Start Reading Xianxia guide. For specific novel discussions, the communities at r/Xianxia and r/noveltranslations are better suited.
- We do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts, or affiliate-link injections. Editorial decisions about which novels and platforms to recommend are independent of commercial arrangements.
Response Time
We aim to reply to substantive emails within a week. Auto-replies and routine inquiries may take longer. If your email is time-sensitive (e.g., reporting a serious factual error before someone else acts on the misinformation), please mark it in the subject line.
Mailing Address
Wuxia Tales is operated online only. We do not maintain a physical mailing address.
